Only these Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of order apply. Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
Goods are supplied only in quantities customary for household use.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding purchase offer pursuant to § 145 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
After receipt of your order, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
A purchase contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your offer (order confirmation) or when we dispatch the goods to you without prior express acceptance.
If payment is made at the time of placing the order, the contract is concluded at the time the order is submitted.
3. Delivery, Availability, and Force Majeure
Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 noon are generally shipped on the next business day.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made within the delivery period stated for the respective product in the online shop to the delivery address provided by the customer.
If a product becomes unavailable after the conclusion of the contract for reasons beyond our control (in particular force majeure or unforeseeable production issues) and reasonable replacement procurement is not possible, we are entitled to refuse delivery. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
If it becomes foreseeable that a delivery deadline cannot be met (e.g. due to temporary unavailability), we will inform you without delay and provide an updated delivery estimate. If the delivery delay exceeds two weeks, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
We are not liable for impossibility or delays caused by force majeure or other unforeseeable events beyond our control at the time of contract conclusion, including but not limited to operational disruptions, fire, natural disasters, extreme weather, flooding, war, unrest, terrorism, transport delays, strikes, lawful lockouts, shortages of labor, energy or raw materials, delays in obtaining necessary official approvals, governmental measures, or circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
You may also choose delivery to a UPS Access Point. Please bring valid identification when collecting your parcel, as it can only be handed over to you personally. Opening hours and further information can be found at:
