Who delivers my order?
Delivery is handled by UPS or DHL.
You may also choose delivery to a UPS Access Point. Please bring valid identification when collecting your parcel, as it can only be handed over to you personally. Information on locations and opening hours can be found at: https://www.ups.com/dropoff

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and order value.

When can I expect delivery?

Can I change my order or delivery address?
It is possible to change an order as long as it has not yet been packed.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@nordisk.eu. Once an order has been packed and prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
