Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

If an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit, you are welcome to use our return service.
The return fee depends on the country from which the return is made and will be clearly displayed when you register your return. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

The following return fees apply when using our return service:

  • Denmark, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain: €10

  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: €15

  • Greece, Malta, Portugal, Sweden: €18

These costs apply only if our return service is used.
If you choose a different shipping provider, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs yourself.

Can I Contact a Store About My Products?

No. We do not operate any physical retail stores.

Condition of Returned Items

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you may inspect the goods to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality — as you would in a physical retail store. This includes unpacking and viewing the item, but not excessive use or damage.

If the item is used beyond what is necessary for inspection, it may be considered used and may lose value. In such cases, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or withhold a full refund.

The assessment of the condition of returned items and any potential depreciation is at the discretion of Nordisk. Please handle the products with care.
